Lola Miller

Lola joined Bio-Chem Fluidics in 2001 as the entire Customer Service department. As Bio-Chem has grown, Lola has become the Team Leader for Customer Service with responsibility for all aspects of the customer experience. She is also responsible for coaching our UK and Shanghai Customer Service personnel to reach the same high standards as our US team.

Vivienne Johnson

Vivienne joined Bio-Chem Fluidics in 2008 as a Customer Assistant.  She is the voice of the company when you call Bio-Chem Fluidics in the US. Before joining Bio-Chem she worked with various companies in the customer service department.
