Who or what is "Bio-Chem Fluidics"?

Bio-Chem Fluidics is a subsidiary of Halma PLC. We’re a company of approximately 100 people with sales, manufacturing and service groups on three continents, dedicated to producing the highest quality inert, miniature Solenoid Operated Pinch Valves, Isolation Valves, Micro-Pumps and Electric Rotary Valves. What is "Bio-Chem Valve"?

Bio-Chem Valve was the original name of the manufacturing company based in Boonton NJ. The brand name Bio-Chem Valve™ is used to identify the range of solenoid-operated valves and pumps made in the Boonton facility.
