COMPANY HISTORY

BIO-CHEM VALVE Inc was founded in 1983 in Morris County NJ. The company initially produced Pinch Valves, and soon after began manufacturing the first in a long line of inert, PTFE Isolation Valves. BCV moved to Boonton, NJ in 1991 and was acquired by Halma PLC in 1995.

In 2003, Bio-Chem Valve was renamed to BIO-CHEM FLUIDICS to emphasize it's new mission to design and manufacture a broad line of high quality inert fluid handling components for the Analytical, Clinical Diagostics and Medical Device markets.
